How we do

“The formulation of a problem is often more essential than its solution” A. Einstein e L. Infeld

It serves to understand, to make decisions and to accompany the development of a business or public opinion. Due to that fact, gathering results is not enough. We offer our mission and orientation to help you understand them. Through the view of the future and comprehension of the past, our team provides you with valuable recommendations so that you can enter new markets, resolve problems and improve your business or your image.

We structure and customize our work to serve different markets and needs through the combination of available techniques and technologies.

Check the types of researches we do:

It is a type of research that uses a less structured data collection routine, in order to turn possible the emersion of important variables for the comprehension of scenarios, situations and problems. The qualitative methodology is commonly used in studies that need to expand the opening angle for the understanding of the object of study. It includes the analysis of secondary data (data mining) and some studies on quantitative methodology such as, the ones known as pilot studies.

Conclusive researches tend to be more structured and are frequently using the quantitative methodology. They also aim to study the relationship between established variables or test previously formulated hypothesis. Are part of this category, the surveys, censes and the panel as well as experiments and pilot experiments such as blind experiment and price elasticity testing.

This type of research may be cross-sectional or longitudinal. In cross-sectional researches, data collection of a certain sample is made only once at a single time frame on the other hand, for the longitudinal type of research, sampling is held several times over time. It is a type of study that involves a fixed population sample which is measured repeatedly.

For each type of research problem, there are specific methodologies and collection methods. See below the ones we make use:

  • Face-to-face surveys

    Face-to-face surveys

Can be held in households or flow points using or not electronic devices

  • Web surveys

    Web surveys

It is held through the web and the database is hosted on our website.

  • Observational studies and speech analysis

    Observational studies and speech analysis

This type is held using Ethnography, focus groups and in-depth interviews.

  • Telephone survey

    Telephone survey

The interviews are held through the telephone and accompanied through the computer in order to turn the work quicker and more efficient.

The choice of a methodology shows us ways and determines procedures to hold an applied research. In doing so, the is not one technique better than the other and yet, the most appropriate technique to understand a specific problem.

This methodology is recommended whenever it is necessary to make a high certainty level decision. It is a structured method   that uses representative samples of an specific universe or even its totality.

Totally based on the existence of a collective intersubjectivity, this methodology does not allow any measuring however, it provides us valuable insights related to the research problem.
